Sales Call Analysis — Hear What Your Prospects Are Really Telling You
The problem
Sales reps review calls to improve their pitch and understand deal health. But listening back to a full recording is time-consuming, and standard transcription tools only tell you what was said — not how it was said. Did the prospect hesitate before answering the pricing question? Did their engagement drop when you discussed implementation timelines? Were they asking genuine discovery questions or politely running out the clock? These signals determine whether a deal is real, and they are invisible in a standard transcript.
How auraScribe helps
- Buyer intent signals: Automatically detects and highlights purchasing readiness, objections, competitive mentions, and decision-making language.
- Per-speaker behavioral analysis: See how each participant communicated — who drove the conversation, who deferred, where engagement shifted.
- Behavioral summary of group dynamics: Understand the meeting's interpersonal flow, not just its topics. Spot dominant voices, withdrawn participants, and tension points.
- Human-reviewed speaker attribution: Correctly assign every statement to prospect, champion, or competitor mention — no more confused speaker labels.
What you'll see
- Prospect's participation dropped 40% after the pricing slide — responses shortened to acknowledgments, suggesting unspoken sticker shock.
- The technical lead asked 7 detailed integration questions — the most engaged participant by far, likely the internal champion.
- Buyer used past-tense language ('we were looking at...') when discussing the competitor, signaling they have moved on from that option.
- Two long pauses (3+ seconds) after the contract terms discussion — prospect may have concerns they did not voice.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from Gong or Chorus?
auraScribe is a personal tool, not an org-wide platform. There is no manager dashboard, no team leaderboard, no pipeline analytics. It serves you — the individual rep or manager — with deeper behavioral analysis of each conversation. If you need org-wide analytics and CRM integration, Gong is the better fit. If you want deeper per-meeting behavioral insight for your own improvement, auraScribe goes further.
Does it integrate with my CRM?
Not currently. auraScribe focuses on per-meeting analysis depth rather than platform integrations. You can export analysis reports and manually add insights to your CRM. CRM integration is on the roadmap but not yet available.
Can I use it for live calls or only recordings?
Both. You can invite the meeting bot to join a Teams or Google Meet call live, or upload a recording after the fact. The analysis pipeline is the same regardless of how the audio is captured.
