Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of auraScribe, operated by auraLabs ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

auraScribe is an AI-powered meeting analysis tool. It provides:

• Audio transcription with speaker diarization
• AI-generated behavioural analysis and coaching observations
• Meeting summaries and structured notes
• Meeting bot recording for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only record meetings where you have the legal right or consent to do so
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding recording conversations
• Inform meeting participants when using the Meeting Bot
• Not use the service for surveillance, harassment, or any unlawful purpose

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to your audio recordings, transcripts, and analysis. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process it solely to provide the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Transcripts, summaries, and behavioural analyses are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, Google Gemini API) that may experience outages.

7. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing and available tiers are displayed in the application. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, auraScribe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
